The Resilience Sprint

Four weeks. Small group. One concrete outcome.

The Resilience Sprint is a structured group programme for PR, comms and marketing professionals who are overwhelmed, burned out, or anxious about the AI era — and ready to do something about it.

This is for you if...

•      You're a comms, PR, or marketing professional feeling the weight of constant change

•      Your creativity feels blocked or your confidence has taken a hit

•      You're anxious about AI and not sure how to position your skills

•      You know you need support — but you don't want vague wellness content or generic advice

•      You're ready to understand what's happening in your brain, and equip yourself with tools that work

•      You want to connect with peers who understand your world — not a generic cohort of 'knowledge workers'

What the Sprint includes

Four weeks. 1.5–2 hours per week. Delivered live via Zoom, with async Slack support between sessions. Maximum eight participants — designed for trust, not scale.

Week 1: Take Stock

Map your stress response and AI stressors. Separate what you can control from what you can’t. Understand what the HPA axis is doing to your creativity, decisions, and energy — and begin working with your biology rather than against it.

Week 2: Brain Recalibration

Practical resets for the specific triggers of comms work: deadline hell, back-to-back meetings, the 3pm wall, the doomscroll. Targeted practices that directly regulate your stress response.

Week 3: Skills Innovation & Application

Untangle AI hype from evidence. Practical prompting for strategic comms thinking, starting from natural language. You’ll run 1–2 creative experiments and see clearly what AI genuinely cannot do — and why that matters for your career.

Week 4: Your Resilience & Relevance Playbook

Build your personal strategy for navigating what comes next. What you’re keeping, what you’re changing, what you’re building on. Includes an ‘Innovation Sparks’ section for ideas you want to develop further.

What you take away

•      A regulated nervous system — and practical tools to maintain it under pressure

•      Clarity on your distinctive human value in the AI era

•      A small cohort of peers who genuinely understand your professional world

•      Your personal Resilience & Relevance Playbook

•      Access to the Clarity Collective — Clear North's post-Sprint peer community

FAQS

Q1: I'm really busy. Can I actually commit to this?

The Sprint was designed for busy professionals. 1.5–2 hours per week for four weeks — that's the full commitment. Most participants find the investment pays back in recovered focus and clarity within the first two sessions.

Q2: I'm not sure neuroscience is for me — I just want practical help.

The neuroscience is what makes the practical help work. You won't be sitting through academic theory — you'll understand specifically why certain practices help, then do them. Most people find this the most reassuring part: there's a reason behind everything, and it's real.

Q3: Is this therapy

No. The Resilience Sprint is a professional development programme. It draws on evidence from psychology and neuroscience, but it is not counselling or therapy. If you're experiencing problems with your mental health, please seek appropriate professional support.

Q4: What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded for cohort members. The async Slack channel keeps you connected between sessions and gives you access to the week's key tools and content.

Q5: Is this only for people who are really struggling?

Not at all. Many participants are functioning well but running on empty. The Sprint works both as a reset for those feeling burned out, and as a foundation-building programme for professionals who want durable resilience rather than waiting until they hit a wall.
