You know what's changing.

Here's how to move through.

The Resilience Sprint

A 4-week group programme for PR, comms and marketing professionals. Maximum 8 people. Grounded in neuroscience, built around the Bridges Transition Model. You'll leave with a regulated nervous system, a clearer sense of your professional value, and a practical Resilience & Relevance Playbook that's yours to keep.

Who this is for

  • You're a mid-to-senior PR or comms professional and you're unsettled by AI: the pace of its adoption in the industry, and its ability to create decent output, fast. It's making you question what you're for, what you bring to your job, and what's next for your profession.
  • You're not in crisis, but you're not necessarily sharing your concerns with clients or coworkers.
  • You've tried AI tools and webinars, but don't yet have a process for using them, and none of them are helping you to and the deeper questions.

What you'll be able to do

After the Resilience Sprint, you'll be able to:

  • Recognise how professional disruption affects your nervous system and reset it deliberately, without it affecting your day-to-day work.
  • Articulate your professional value in an AI-assisted world. Clearly and specifically.
  • Make decisions about your next professional move from a regulated, clear-headed place — rather than from anxiety.
  • Show up to work with more energy and less low-level dread lingering in the background.

FAQs

Q1: What's the time commitment?

90 minutes per week for four weeks, plus a short piece of prep before each session. The Playbook is built incrementally across the programme.

Q2: What happens after the Sprint?

You'll be onboarded to the Clarity Collective: Clear North's post-programme community. Ongoing peer support, monthly calls, and access to the next tier of the value ladder when you're ready.

Q3: What if I need to miss a session?

Get in touch ASAP before the cohort starts and we'll let you know what's possible. Cohorts are small by design, so every participant matters to the group dynamic.

About the trainer

The Sprint is facilitated by Sally Hems — a PR and comms professional with 25 years' experience managing, training and working in teams in global corporates, charities, and agencies.

Sally has qualifications in motivational theory (SDT), Positive Psychology, somatic and breathwork practices. She has also navigated three waves of industry disruption, and built Clear North to provide the support she needed that wasn't available.
